Are there Minecraft Dungeons II promo codes?

As of 6 October 2026 there is one promotional code in circulation: the Aurora Cape code, earned by watching a livestream. There is no list of codes that give free weapons, gold or in-game currency, and we have not found one in the official announcement. Sites that sell or trade capes are not official, so we do not list them.

Aurora Cape details

• The Aurora Cape works in Minecraft: Java Edition and Bedrock Edition. It is not an item inside Minecraft Dungeons II.
• Watch time only counts while a stream is live.
• Limit one code per person and Microsoft account.
• Mojang says supplies are limited and that the code is handled by the streaming platform, not by Microsoft.

Capes in Minecraft itself

Mojang says the Hero Cape and Twisted Cape also unlock in Minecraft: Java and Bedrock Edition. Once the cape shows as equippable in Minecraft Dungeons II, log into Minecraft on the same Microsoft account. Mojang also lists skin packs for Dungeons and Dungeons II heroes in the Minecraft Marketplace.

Common questions

Where do I redeem a code? Mojang’s page names minecraft.net/redeem for the Aurora Cape code. For physical pre-order copies, the code in the box is redeemed on Xbox, Nintendo or PlayStation first, as the Mojang article explains.

Why did I not get my cape? Mojang notes that confirmations can be delayed and that you need internet access and the same Microsoft account everywhere. If it does not arrive, Mojang tells players to contact customer service.
